摘要:

基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,结合首个完整的模块系统对第一壁以及与其相连接的两个隔板结构进行了热工水力分析,包括压力分析、流速分析、流量分配分析、对流换热系数分析。给出了所有分析的计算结果。同时将数值模拟计算得到的对流换热系数与相关经验公式推导得到的结果进行了比较,基本一致。

Abstract:

Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods and combined with the first whole test blanket module system in the world, the thermo-hydraulic analysis for the first wall and the connecting ribs was performed. It includes the analyses of pressure, flow velocity, flow distribution and heat transfer coefficients. The analysis results are given. Finally, the heat transfer coefficients obtained by CFD are compared with the results calculated by Gnilinski analytical formula, and both are well agreeable.
