Thermal fatigue analysis of HL-2M snowflake-minus divertor

HL-2M装置雪花减偏滤器热疲劳分析

Abstract:

The heat flux distribution on the plasma facing surfaces of divertor for HL-2M tokamak has been simulated with the SOLPS code. Temperature and thermal stress have been calculated with finite element method, and the fatigue life of divertor has been evaluated with the structural design criteria for ITER in-vessel components (SDC-IC). The results indicate that most area of the target planes do not experience severe plastic fatigue under the cycles. But, the fatigue life of dome plane, 4mm away from outer pumping port, is approximately 1963 times. This result might be useful for HL-2M tokamak divertor design.

摘要:

利用SOLPS软件,采用有限元数值计算方法,模拟计算了HL-2M装置雪花减偏滤器靶板上热负载分布,分析了偏滤器温度及热应力分布,并使用ITER内部器件设计评判标准对HL-2M偏滤器结构进行热疲劳寿命的评估。结果表明,在低周循环下靶板大部分区域不会经历严重的塑性疲劳,但距离外侧抽气口4mm位置拱顶区域循环寿命约为1963次。模拟结果对HL-2M装置偏滤器设计具有一定参考意义。
