  • Brief Introduction to the Call for Papers for "Nuclear Fusion and Plasma Physics"
Nuclear Fusion and Plasma Physics (Quarterly) is the journal of the Nuclear Fusion and Plasma Physics Society of the Chinese Nuclear Society. It is a core journal in Chinese physics and atomic energy technology, sponsored by the Southwest Institute of Physics in the Nuclear Industry. It was founded in 1980 and is publicly distributed both domestically and internationally. Nuclear Fusion and Plasma Physics "is the source journal of" Wanfang Data - Digital Journal Group "," Chinese Academic Journal (CD version) "," Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database "," Chinese Science Citation Index "," Chinese Academic Journal Abstracts (Chinese version) ", and" Chinese Academic Journal Abstracts (English version) ". This magazine is committed to promoting and implementing the idea that science and technology are the primary productive forces, introducing the latest scientific research achievements, promoting academic exchanges, achievements promotion, talent cultivation, and the improvement of scientific and technological levels, and serving the construction of socialist material and spiritual civilization. This journal mainly publishes creative scientific research achievements, academic papers, and the latest research trends in controlled nuclear fusion and plasma physics, including theory, experiments, engineering, and diagnostic technologies. It also publishes research and application technology achievements in low-temperature plasma physics.
    First draft requirements
    1. The submission should strive for innovative ideas, prominent themes, clear arguments, and sufficient evidence; The text strives for conciseness, punctuation is used correctly, charts are clear, and data is reliable. This magazine has two columns: "Nuclear Fusion Engineering" and "Plasma Physics". Review articles are limited to 8000 words, research reports are limited to 6000 words, and work briefs are limited to 5000 words (all including figures, tables, English abstracts, and references).
    2. The title of the article should be concise and to the point. It is recommended that the Chinese title should not exceed 20 Chinese characters (while the English title should not exceed 10 actual words); A Chinese English abstract of around 300 words (250 words for the research brief) is required. The Chinese and English abstracts should include the title of the article, author's name, author's affiliation, city name, and postal code. They should be written as a narrative abstract (including research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions), with 3-5 keywords and a Chinese classification number. If there is funding support, please indicate the name and number of the fund.
    3. Please use Arabic numerals to grade and number the structure of the manuscript, up to a maximum of 3 levels. Simplified Chinese characters shall be subject to the publication of the National Language and Writing Work Committee.
    4. Please do not use both graphs and tables to represent the data in the manuscript, only one can be selected. Please use the legal units of measurement correctly. Physical quantities are represented by legal symbols, and the ratio of quantity to unit in the chart represents the numerical value, that is, the quantity and unit are separated by a "/", such as E/keV. The diagram requires clarity and accuracy in coordinates, curves, and numbers; The photo should be clear in black and white, with distinct layers. It is recommended to provide black and white images; Please use a three line table and indicate the table number and title.
    5. Please record the references according to CAJ-CD B/T l-1998 "Data Specification for Retrieval and Evaluation of Chinese Academic Journals (CD Version)". Record the items and format separately.
    6. Please indicate the name, year of birth, gender, ethnicity, hometown, professional title, degree, resume, and research direction of the first author in your submission.
    Two precautions
    1. Upon receiving the manuscript, this magazine will send a notification to the author. The decision on whether the manuscript can be published or not shall be made within 4 months from the date of receipt. If the author does not receive the acceptance notice within 4 months, the author may submit it to another journal. The author has received a notification of manuscript revision and is requested to promptly return the revised manuscript to the editorial department. If the manuscript is not returned within 2 months of the deadline, the editorial department will consider the author to disagree with publication and automatically reject it. The editorial department has the right to make appropriate modifications to the submitted manuscript.
Once the manuscript is published, the copyright belongs to this journal. The journal will pay the first author's remuneration according to the relevant regulations of the editorial department and give away three copies of the current issue of "Nuclear Fusion and Plasma Physics".
    3. The author is responsible for the authorship and confidentiality issues involved in the submission, and this journal does not assume any corresponding responsibility.
    4. Please do not submit multiple drafts.
    5. Experts, scholars, teachers, and scientists engaged in nuclear fusion and plasma physics, as well as low-temperature plasma research and teaching, are welcome to submit their papers.
