Abstract:

For cooling water transition joints used in EAST divertor heat-sink in the process of plasma disruption its main electromagnetic load was analyzed and calculated, a new transition joint structure were put forward. Through finite element analysis of the new structure under the extreme load, pre-research and test of welding, the joint structure and the fabrication scheme were optimized, finally the cooling water transition joints design used in divertor heat-sink was accomplished, and successfully applied to the upgrade of EAST divertor heat-sink.

摘要:

对EAST偏滤器热沉冷却水过渡接头在等离子体破裂时受到的主要电磁载荷进行了分析计算,提出了新的过渡接头结构。通过新结构在极端载荷下的有限元分析以及开展的焊接预研和测试,对接头结构及制作方案进行了优化,最终完成了偏滤器热沉冷却水过渡接头的设计,并成功运用于EAST偏滤器热沉的改造中。
