Abstract: A non-transfer-arc plasma cutting and dismantling device was developed for the remote cutting and dismantling operation on the large components during the decommissioning of nuclear facilities. This cutting device adopts laminar flow plasma technology, of which the effective cutting arc length can be more than 200mm and the cutting thickness towards steel can reach 150mm through the modification of the plasma generator, the power supply and the control system. This cutting technique successfully lengthens the cutting arc, reduces the amount of the blind spots, enhances the stability of the cutting arc, and enlarges the cutting thickness, all of which usually occur in those traditional plasma cutting devices. The application of this technology is expected to change the existing cutting and dismantling mode applied in the process of nuclear facility decommissioning.

摘要： 在核设施退役过程中，为了实现对大厚部件进行远程切割解体，研制了一套退役专用非转移弧等离 子体切割解体装置。该装置采用层流等离子体技术，通过对等离子体发生器、大功率电源及控制系统等的改进研究，使其有效切割弧长大于 200mm，对钢的切割厚度达到 150mm。这有效解决了传统等离子体切割装置切割弧较短、切割死角多、容易断弧、切割厚度不能满足要求等问题。该技术的应用有望很大程度上改变现有核设施退役切割解体作业模式。
