EAST 第一壁水冷结构类型传热能力的比较分析

Comparison and analysis of heat transfer ability of EAST first wall water-cooled structure types

摘要:

为了能够更加直接地比较EAST 中第一壁水冷结构的传热能力,给出在未来设计中的选型参考,利用模拟分析的手段对现有的以及正在研制的水冷结构进行了在相同的工况下传热能力的对比分析。通过比较水冷结构中不同材料的温度,得到传热能力的优劣,同时考虑各种材料的许用温度,结合工艺难度及工程造价等因素对各结构进行了整体比较。计算结果显示,就传热能力而言,钨串结构最好,焊接结构次之,螺栓连接结构最差。结合造价及工艺难度等条件可以看出,钨串结构仍是目前最适用于高热负荷区域的结构,W/TZM/C 作为第一壁材料的焊接结构适用于较低热负荷的区域,螺栓连接结构在未来发展中将会逐渐被取代。

Abstract:

In order to compare heat transfer capacity of EAST first wall water-cooled structure more directly and give the selection reference in future design, this article compares the heat transfer capacities of different water-cooled structures in same conditions with the method of simulation analysis, and gets the comparison result by comparing the temperature of materials in different structures. At the same time, it made an overall comparison for various structures in considering the allowable temperature of various materials, the difficulty of manufacturing process and the project cost. It can be seen from the calculation results that the tungsten string structure has the best heat transfer capacity, followed by the welded structure, and the bolt connection structure is worst. Combining the cost and process difficulty, we can see that the tungsten string structure is still the most suitable structure for high heat flux area. Welding structure with W/TZM/C as first wall material is more suitable for lower heat flux area. Bolted structure will be replaced gradually in the future.
