Design and analysis of high temperature cooling water system for CRAFT NNBI beam source

摘要: 介绍了聚变堆主机关键系统综合研究设施(CRAFT)中负离子源中性束注入冷却水系统的初步设计以及热工水力分析,采用 Flowmaster 软件建立热工水力模型,采用 PID 控制实现精确的温度控制。仿真结果表明,温度、压降和温度控制精度满足供水温度 150~200℃/温度精度±0.5℃的运行要求。研究结果将为 NNBI 冷却水系统热工水力分析和温度控制提供参考。

Abstract: The preliminary design and thermal-hydraulic analysis of the Negative Neutral Beam Injection (NNBI) cooling water system in the Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Technology (CRAFT) is presented. The thermal-hydraulic model is established by Flowmaster software, and the precise temperature control is realized with Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) control. The simulation results show that the temperature, pressure drop and temperature control accuracy meet the beam source constant temperature water supply system operation requirements that the water temperature is within 150~200℃ with the control accuracy of 0.5℃. The results will provide reference for thermal and hydraulic analysis and temperature control of NNBI cooling water system.
