Protection and experimental analysis of the first mirror in infrared laser diagnostic on HL-2A tokamak

摘要:

介绍了在HL-2A装置上远红外激光干涉诊断系统第一镜的溅射和沉积实验。比较了实验前后第一镜反射率的变化 ,分析了污染后的第一镜表面杂质成分 ,提出了用挡板防护第一镜的方法。

Abstract:

The sputtering and deposition experiments for the first mirror of the infrared laser diagnostic were described. The reflectivities of the first mirror before and after the experiments were compared. Impurity components on the first mirror surface after experiments were also given. Protection of the first mirror with facing plate is suggested.
