未来聚变工程实验堆真空室壳体成型模拟与实验研究

摘要:

参照ITER真空室成型工艺,对未来聚变堆真空室壳体各分片进行成型数值模拟,探索成型温度、脱模温度对成型工件减薄量、回弹量和残余应力的影响。并通过成型实验对数值模拟结果进行了检验,二者结果一致,所用数值模型可用于后续模具设计。

Abstract: Simulation of the vacuum vessel’s shell for the fusion rector is executed to analyze the thickness reduction, springback and residual stress of the formed workpiece based on the forming process of ITER. Results of forming experiment are compared with that of simulation to inspect and demonstrate the effectiveness of numerical simulations.
