摘要:

对未来聚变堆(CFETR)真空室制造过程中的制造误差和真空室结构不对称问题,将被测表面网格化,为各测量点引入权重系数,并通过最小二乘法拟合,实现了真空室部件制造误差分配的调整和轮廓精度的改善。

Abstract: To solve the problems of manufacturing errors in the manufacturing process and asymmetrical structure of future fusion reactor vacuum vessel, the surfaces of vacuum vessel are meshed, and least squares method is improved with introducing weight factor. Numerical results show that the contour accuracy is improved and overall errors are reduced.
