摘要:
对未来聚变堆(CFETR)真空室制造过程中的制造误差和真空室结构不对称问题,将被测表面网格化,为各测量点引入权重系数,并通过最小二乘法拟合,实现了真空室部件制造误差分配的调整和轮廓精度的改善。
