YAG激光Al等离子体参数的时空分辨诊断

Abstract: The time-space resolved optical spectra of aluminium plasma produced by 532nm YAG laser have been obtained by OMA and other equipments. The curves of time-space resolved electron temperature and density were deduced by LTE model and Stark broadening. The results were consistent with those in references [9~11].

摘要: 采用光学多通道分析仪等设备对532nm YAG激光诱导产生的Al等离子体光谱进行了时空分辨测量,得到了等离子体时空分辨光谱。利用局部热平衡(LTE)模型和谱线的Stark展宽计算得到了等离子体电子温度和电子密度的时空演化曲线,获得了与文献[9~11]一致的结果。
