一种大功率等离子体火炬电源系统及控制策略

Abstract: The control of a high power plasma torch supply needs to resist the influence of load resistance change to output stable current. Considering the application of high power, PWM rectifier and buck chopper circuit are used as the main circuit of the power supply system, and the main parameters and control loop are designed to make the power supply have strong resistance to load disturbance in steady-state operation. Simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

摘要: 在大功率等离子体电弧系统中,采用 PWM 整流加 BUCK 斩波电路作为电源系统主电路,通过设计主电路参数与控制环,使电源在稳态运行时具有较强的抵抗负载扰动的能力。对系统进行的仿真模拟结果和实验结果均验证了所提方案的有效性。
