Abstract: Pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier is used in the high-power plasma ignition power supply, and the main parameters are designed. The control loop was designed according to the characteristics of plasma load to improve the anti-load disturbance ability of PWM rectifier output voltage. Experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

摘要: 对大功率等离子体点火电源中脉宽调制(PWM)整流参数和控制环进行了设计,提升了 PWM 整流输出电压抗负载扰动能力,实验验证了所提方案的有效性。
