耦合腔行波管慢波结构的数值模拟

Abstract: Numerical simulation of X-band Huges coupled-cavity slow-wave structures (SWS) and Kα-band tunneladder coupled-cavity SWS have been performed by using 3D electromagnetic code MWS and periodic field symmetry
model of high frequency structure.The dispersion and coupled impedance in these high frequency structrues are presented.

摘要: 利用三维电磁场程序 MWS 及周期性高频结构的场对称计算模型,对 X 波段休斯耦合腔慢波结构和 Kα波段毫米波梯形耦合腔慢波结构进行了场结构的数值模拟,给出了满足整管设计要求的慢波结构,色散特性和耦合阻抗。
