堆叠型 REBCO 超导股线的横向抗压特性研究

Abstract: In this paper, a variety of stacked strands of 2mm wide REBCO superconducting tapes were prepared by stacking, rounding and drawing techniques, and the transverse compressive properties of various specifications of the strands were researched by experimental methods. The results show that the distribution of REBCO tapes and copper strips has almost no effect on the compressive property, and increasing the wall thickness of the jacket can improve the compressive performance, while increasing the diameter of the strands can improve the compressive capacity, but the twisting of the strands will reduce its compressive performance.

摘要: 采用 2mm 宽 REBCO 超导带材,通过堆叠、圆化和拉拔等成型技术制备了多种规格的堆叠型股线, 并利用试验手段研究了不同结构股线的横向抗压性能。经研究发现,超导股线在带面方向的抗压性能最好,侧面 方向最差。而对比测试表明,股线带材和铜带的分布对其抗压性能影响不大,增加包壳壁厚可提高股线的抗压性 能,而增大股线直径,可部分改善抗压能力,但股线扭转则会降低其抗压效果。
