镍过渡层对磁控溅射银自润滑涂层性能的影响

Abstract:

The properties of silver lubricating coating deposited on nickel-based alloy with and without nickel (Ni) intermediate layer were compared. The results show that the grain size of the silver coating with nickel (Ni) intermediate layer becomes smaller, the micro strain and lattice parameter have no obvious changes, the surface of the prepared coating is denser and the defects are reduced. After 50 cycles of thermal shock between 77~300K, the coating surface has good thermal shock resistance and no cracks and spalling phenomena. The friction and wear test results of the two coatings under normal temperature atmosphere, normal temperature vacuum and -100°C vacuum show that the nickel intermediate layer increases the bonding performance between the substrate and the coating, improves the friction and wear performance of the silver self-lubricating coating, and the main wear is adhesive.

摘要:

研究了镍(Ni)过渡层对镍基合金718基底上沉积的银自润滑涂层性能的影响。实验结果显示,具有过渡层的银涂层晶粒尺寸变小,晶格参数和晶格应变无明显变化,涂层表面更加致密,缺陷减少。在77~300K热冲击50次后,涂层表面无裂纹、剥落等现象,具有良好的抗热震性能。在常温大气、常温真空和-100°C真空三种下,对涂层的摩擦磨损试验的结果表明,过渡层增加了基底与涂层之间的结合性能,改善了银自润滑涂层的摩擦磨损性能,磨损主要以粘着磨损为主。
