CFETR极向场磁体馈线系统线圈终端盒初步设计与分析

Preliminary design and analysis of coil terminal box of CFETR PF feeder system

摘要: 介绍了中国聚变工程实验堆(CFETR)极向场线圈馈线系统终端盒(CTB)设计,CTB由外盒体、80K内冷屏、电流引线及超母线、内部管路系统、阀门系统等子部件组成。利用ANSYS有限元软件,在运行工况和地震工况下对CTB外导盒体及内冷屏进行结构强度校核、结构热分析和地震响应分析,得到CTB外盒体的位移、应力分布云图和在地震载荷下的峰值响应。结果表明,CTB外盒体的最大变形量和最大应力均保持在允许的范围内,满足抗震要求。

Abstract: The design of the coil terminal box (CBT) of poloidal field (PF) feeder system of China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR) is introduced. The CBT is mainly composed of external box body, internal cooling screen of 80K, current lead and superconducting bus, internal pipeline system, valve system and other sub-components. Using ANSYS finite element software, the structural strength check, structural thermal analysis and seismic response analysis of CTB external box body and internal cold screen are carried out under system operation and seismic conditions. Therefore the cloud map of displacement and stress distribution of CTB external box body and the peak response under earthquake load are obtained. The results show that the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of CTB outer box are kept within the allowable range, meet the seismic requirements.
