Study of pulse-step-modulation high voltage power communication and feedback control system

脉冲步进调制高压电源远程通讯 与反馈控制系统研究

Abstract: A high voltage pulse supply control system was developed to control HL-2A pulse-step-modula-tion (PSM) high voltage supply of the secondary heating system. The power supply control system of PSM adopts DSP and FPGA combination control mode, with a total output of 112 pulses. DSP chip realizes the functions of calculation, feedback and remote communication. FPGA is mainly responsible for data transmission with DSP and timing control function of 112 channel pulse output. The CAN bus is used to realize the remote communication between the host computer and DSP, and the LABVIEW software is used to realize the setting of relevant parameters and remote communication. The test results show that the control system can realize remote communication with rapid feedback control function, and meets the experimental requirements.

摘要: 为了满足 HL-2A 装置二级加热系统的高压电源系统的要求,开发了脉冲步进调制(PSM)高压脉冲电 源控制系统。PSM 电源控制系统采用数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列器件(FPGA)组合控制方式,总计 输出 112 路脉冲。DSP 芯片实现计算、反馈、远程通信等功能,FPGA 主要负责与 DSP 的数据传输及 112 路脉冲 输出的时序控制功能。利用控制器局域网络(CAN)总线实现上位机与 DSP 之间的远程通信功能,上位机采用 LABVIEW 软件实现相关参数的设定与远程通讯。测试结果表明,该控制系统能够实现远程通讯功能,具备快速 的反馈控制功能,满足实验要求。
