EXL-50 球形托卡马克装配测量基准的建立

Abstract: During the installation of the EXL-50 spherical tokamak, a measuring reference network was established by placing reference points in the hall of the tokamak, and a global coordinate system was built by using the solenoid axis of the vacuum vessel and the middle plane, and the tokamak reference network was constructed. By using this reference network, accurate and consistent positioning reference can be provided to complete the subsequent installation of vacuum vessel, toroidal field coil, poloidal field coil, limiter and divertor. The installation results meet the design requirements.

摘要: 在EXL-50球形托卡马克安装过程中,通过在装置大厅布置参考点建立测量基准网,以真空室中心柱轴线和中平面建立全局坐标系,并以此构建了装置安装和测量基准网。通过该基准网的定位,对EXL-50装置真空室、环向场线圈、极向场线圈以及内部件偏滤器、限制器进行了安装和测量,主机安装结果符合设计要求。
