Abstract: The RAMI analysis was carried out to evaluate the 25kW/4.5K helium refrigerator. The reliability and availability of the system were calculated by the reliability block diagrams. The FMECA analysis was indicated the failure modes of helium refrigerator and proposed the mitigation and maintenance measures.

摘要: 对 25kW/4.5K 氦制冷机进行了可靠性、可用性、可维修性和可监测性(RAMI)分析,建立了其可靠 性框图,计算并评估了系统的可靠性和可用性。同时,通过故障、影响和危害分析指出了氦制冷机的故障模式, 并提出了缓解和维护措施。
