真空室模块D 形环筋板焊接数值模拟与结构选型

Numerical simulation and structure selection for rib welding of D-ring patterns in the vacuum chamber module

摘要:

基于有限元分析软件,以双椭球热源为内热源,对不同筋板型式下的真空室模块D 形环筋板焊接进行了三维动态模拟,得到了不同筋板型式下的瞬间温度场分布图、特征点热循环曲线以及应力应变曲线。结果表明:不同筋板型式下的焊接温度场以及各特征点的热循环曲线保持一致,相比采用I 型筋板的D 型环结构,采用 T 型筋板后的D 型环结构应力应变以及变形量都更小,真空室模块D 形环工程化试制过程中可优先考虑采用T 型筋板。

Abstract:

Based on the finite element analysis software and double ellipsoid heat as the heat source, the ribs welding of D-ring patterns under different ribs in the vacuum chamber module was developed in the 3D dynamic simulation. The transient temperature field distribution, feature points thermal cycling curve and stress-strain curve were obtained. The results showed that the welding temperature field and the feature points thermal cycling curve were consistent. Compared with I-type rib with D-ring structure, the T-type rib had the lower stress-strain and deformation. Thus, it could give priority to the use of T-type rib in the engineering trial process of D-ring patterns of the vacuum chamber module.
