摘要:

介绍了HL-2A升级改造装置用于控制等离子体垂直位移的H桥式大电流快控电源的设计方案,内容包括快控电源方案与工作模式的仿真,开关元件的选择和改善IGBT静态均流的措施。利用实验平台,通过改变并联元件的回路参数将IGBT并联电流不均衡率由16.5%降低到6.8%。计算了IGBT模块工作时可能产生的最大损耗,并给出满足模块温度要求的散热方案。

Abstract:

The preliminary scheme of the H-bridge power supply of the fast radial field of the new machine (the modified device of HL-2A) is introduced, which includes the simulation of operation mode of the fast power supply, the selection of switching components and the way of improving the static current sharing for paralleled IGBTs. The experiment results show that the current sharing can be improved by adjusting the layout and the parameters of circuit, and the mismatch rate of paralleled IGBTs can be reduced from 16.5% to 6.8%. In addition, the maximum power loss is calculated and the cooling method of IGBT is given.
