ITER CTB盒冷屏的支撑结构与传热耦合分析

Coupled analysis between structure and heat conduction on the thermal shield support of CTB for ITER

摘要: 根据ITER装置对CTB盒技术性能的要求,对CTB盒中冷屏的支撑部件进行了结构和传热的分析和设计。对结构形式的选择、结构强度的理论计算和支撑结构总的热损失进行了设计和计算,用ANSYS软件对该结构的非线性接触结构-热耦合问题进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,球支撑结构既能够满足系统对支撑的结构安全要求,在有压接触情况下的漏热量符合ITER设计文集的规定。

Abstract: Based on the performance request of CTB in ITER DDD 111 magnet, the CTB cryogenic system is designed for the ITER feeder, the shape of the thermal shield support (TSS) is selected, the mechanical performance of TSS is analyzed, the heat loads of TSS are calculated,and then the coupled problem between mechanical structure and heat conduction in TSS of CTB has been analyzed by ANSYS code. The results show that the mechanical performance and the heat loss for the CTB thermal shield support could meet the requirement of ITER DDD 111 magnet.
