HL-2M 装置 300MVA 脉冲发电机组的设计

Design of 300MVA motor generator on HL-2M tokamak

摘要: 为了满足 HL-2M 装置的供电需求,建造了一套额定功率 300MVA、额定释能 1350MJ 的脉冲发电机
组。通过对机组卧式和立式两种方案的前期设计和对比分析,确定机组采取轴系稳定性更高的立式无单独飞轮方
案。机组由六相凸极同步发电机和同轴的 8500kW 异步电动机组成,为国内首台采取立式结构的大功率脉冲发电
机组。其技术设计主要包括机组结构设计和发电机电磁设计等内容,并通过机组等效模型对其启动和放电动态过
程进行了模拟仿真研究。研究结果显示,设计的机组在 15min 内能启机到额定转速 498rpm,发电机电磁参数能
满足 HL-2M 装置的特殊负载放电要求。机组的前期设计和技术设计为机组成功研制打下了良好基础,建立的仿
真模型可以作为后期机组运行控制策略研究的辅助工具。

Abstract: In order to meet the required power capability and energy of HL-2M tokamak, a new 300 MVA, 
1350 MJ motor generator (MG) has been built. The vertical and horizontal types of the MG have all been 
designed and compared firstly. The vertical MG without flywheel was selected finally because it had enough 
mechanical stability. The MG consists of a vertical-shaft salient pole 6-phase synchronous generator and a coaxial 
8500 kW induction motor and is the first high power one with vertical structure in China. The MG technical 
design mainly includes the mechanical and electromagnetic design. The equivalent models of the designed MG 
were used to simulate the MG start-up and discharge dynamic processes. The results show that the designed MG 
can start-up to rated rotational speed 498rpm in 15min and its electromagnetic parameters can satisfy the 
discharge requirement of the HL-2M special load. The MG pre-design and technical design laid a good foundation 
for the MG successful development and the constructed models can be the auxiliary tools to study the MG work 
control strategy.
