摘要: 设计了一种中心频率为 105GHz、带宽为 10GHz 的 TE10-TE11-HE11 模式变换器,用于电子回旋共振 波加热系统(ECRH)低功率测量平台的搭建,其中采用矩-圆过渡及渐变槽深波纹喇叭实现相关模式转换。仿真结果表明,频率范围为 92~115GHz 时,该模式转换器产生 HE11 模的转换效率即高斯含量达到 95%以上。

Abstract: This article designs a TE10-TE11-HE11 mode converter with a central frequency of 105GHz and bandwidth 10GHz to build a low power measurement platform for the electron cyclotron resonance wave heating system (ECRH). Square-circle transition and gradient slot depth corrugated horn are used to achieve the related mode conversion. The simulation results show that the frequency range is 92~115GHz, the conversion efficiency of HE11 mode produced by this mode converter is higher than 95% with Gaussian content.
