HL-2M 装置低杂波钛泵电流监测器的研制

摘要: 选用 Arduino nano 开源硬件平台、OLED 图形显示器和 SD 卡等器件,研制了钛泵电流监测器,实现了在非实验期间钛泵电流长期低速采集、存储和趋势图显示功能。同时启用内部中断和外部中断,提升采样频率到 1kHz,拓展了监测器的应用范围。测试结果表明,监测器趋势图与测试信号一致,最大采集误差为 0.25μA。

Abstract: The Arduino nano open-source board, SS1306 OLED displayer and SD card are used to develop a titanium ion pump current monitor, which realizes the low-speed acquisition, storage and trend chart drawing for the titanium ion pump current. Both the internal interrupt and the external interrupt are enabled to increase the sample frequency to 1kHz. The experiment result shows that the monitor draws the trend graph correctly and the maximum acquisition error is 0.25μA.
