HL-2M支撑部件焊接中的磁导率控制工艺研究

Study on the magnetic permeability in support system component welding of HL-2M tokamak

摘要:

HL-2M装置的支撑结构由500多件尺寸不一形状各异的非标部件构成。其中400余件以上为焊接部件,均由SS304板材焊接而成。根据HL-2M装置的设计与运行要求,支撑结构部件所用钢材必须满足磁导率μ≤1.03,也需保证其焊接而成的部件在焊接后的磁导率也不能大于1.03。通过多组焊接试验的对比,采用高镍焊丝GMS-310+Ar+N2混合气体,能很好地将焊后的磁导率控制在规定范围之内,并成功地应用在支撑部件的焊接中。

Abstract:

The support system of HL-2M tokamak is composed of more than 500 non-standard components with different sizes and shapes. More than 400 of these components are welded parts, which are made of SS304 plates. According to the design and operation requirements of HL-2M, the support system must meet the magnetic permeability μ≤1.03, especially the parts prepared by welding process should also fully meet the requirement. Based on repeated welding test comparison and process evaluation, the magnetic permeability can be controlled by increasing the nickel content in the welding wire and adding proper amount of nitrogen into the protective gas (argon).
