120TW/30fs激光产生的Al等离子体 X射线发射谱分析

Analysis of X-ray spectrum from aluminum plasmas generated by 120TW/30fs laser pulse

摘要:

在SILEX激光装置上利用超强超短激光(120TW/30fs)与Al靶相互作用产生热稠密等离子体。采用类氢共振线与类氦共振线线强比诊断得到电子温度在480~670eV之间,采用类锂jkl伴线与类氦共振线强度比得到电子温度在430~610eV之间,两种诊断方法得到的结果基本一致。用类氦互组合线与类氦共振线强度比方法获得电子密度在1.80×1020~6.45×1020cm-3之间。根据诊断结果,得到了类氢共振线,类氦共振线,类锂伴线(n=2)强度在两种激光对比度下随激光功率密度的变化规律。

Abstract:

The hot dense aluminum plasmas have been generated by the interaction with 120TW/30fs laser pulse on the SILEX device. In order to diagnose electron temperature, two different ways have been introduced, which achieved the same result. Using the intensity ratio of H-like resonant to He-like resonant, the temperature between 480eV and 670eV has been derived, the temperature between 430eV and 610eV achived by the Li-like satellite (jkl) to He-like resonant. The electron density is derived from the intensity ratio of He-like intercombination to He-like resonant, the diagnosed electron density is from 2.6×1020cm-3 to 5.3×1020cm-3. The evolution of the intensity of H-like resonant, He-like resonant, Li-like satellite (abcd, qr, jkl) to laser power intensity have been depicted in two laser intensity contrast ratio.
