摘要:

设计了一套朗缪尔探针诊断系统用于射频负离子源中等离子体参数的诊断。在测试平台上对探针进行了测试,获得了探针的V-I特性曲线,由此得到了等离子体的电子密度分布和电子温度分布,并与微波干涉仪(MWI)的测量结果进行了对比,结果表明该探针的诊断结果可以反映等离子体参数的变化。

Abstract:

A set of Langmuir probe diagnosis system is designed to diagnose the plasma parameters in the radio frequency negative ion source. The probe was tested on the test platform, and the V-I characteristic curve of the probe was obtained. Therefore, the electron density distribution and electron temperature distribution of the plasma were calculated and compared with those from the microwave interferometer (MWI). It shows that the diagnostic results of the probe can describe the changes of plasma parameters.
